The ASG team embraces a unique, team-based approach in order to support agent needs. With such a strong mix of experience and skills, ASG is not often stumped by an agent’s question. However, if a tough question comes up, the ASG representative has a large team to consult with and find the best suggestion or solution for the agent. Best of all, ASG consultation is free of charge for all NetQuote Agents. Why was ASG created? As Rick Stone mentioned in his interview (see this issue’s Agent Perspective), managing online leads is something that almost every agent must learn. It requires a new approach, a sales strategy that is new to many – if not all – agents. This is what prompted NetQuote to form ASG. NetQuote created ASG to help agents build their book of business by providing agents with the knowledge, skills and tools to successfully compete in a new market dominated by the Internet and the big carriers.
