We also continue to heavily invest in our industry-leading technology platform. NetQuote's system is at the cutting-edge, with the capability of processing a consumer application, matching it to the right agent profile, and delivering the lead to the agent in milliseconds.
As with any business, we are always looking for - and implementing - ways to improve our product quality. For instance, we take agent and consumer input very seriously and often put into place their suggestions.

In addition to 24/7 online access to your account where you can manage your portfolio, NetQuote is the only lead service that has a dedicated Agent Support Group ("ASG").
Every ASG representative is required to have at least two years of insurance industry experience. In addition to having insurance sales backgrounds, many have experience in underwriting, claims, and working NetQuote leads.
