Q: How long have you been in the insurance business?
A: I've been in the business one year, starting with New York Life.

Q: What types of insurance do you sell?
A: My primary product is life insurance.

Q: What is one of the secrets to your success?
A: Good, consistent prospecting. And following up quickly with leads.

Q: Why do you use online leads?
A: I love having people to call who are looking for what I offer right at that moment.

Q: What is your #1 tip for managing online leads?
A: Keep up with them, call regularly and be polite.

Q: What is your #1 tip for growing your business?
A: Activity.

Q: Do you have any parting words of wisdom?
A: Case rate is very important in our business and activity will keep you in the industry. Buying leads gives you people to call who are looking for what we have to offer right then and there. Finally, be different from the average JOE.
